On December 10, Conway Regional Health System introduced Phreesia to patients, a new way to prepare for primary and specialty care visits.

How It Works:
- 5 days before your appointment, you will receive a text or email with a secure link to begin the check-in process.
- Follow the instructions to provide the information we need for your upcoming visit.
- You can update your medical information, pay your co-pay, and sign any necessary forms from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
- Arrive for your appointment with confidence, knowing your paperwork is complete.
