My name is Ben Bower. Originally from California, my early years were split between there and Kansas. Following high school, I enlisted in the U.S. Army, which led to multiple deployments across Europe and the Middle East. After my service, I returned to Kansas, where I began my higher education at Hutchinson Community College. It was there I met my wife. I continued my studies at Wichita State University, earning my undergraduate degree.
Driven by an interest in medicine, I pursued further education at St. George's School of Medicine in Grenada. My medical journey brought me back to California, where I completed my medical training in the bay area. My experiences have instilled in me a deep appreciation for the healthcare needs of smaller communities, having witnessed these challenges firsthand during my travels.
Currently, I am a Rural Family Medicine Resident at Conway Regional, and Dardanelle Regional Medical Center, where I serve as a resident physician. In my personal time, my family and I enjoy outdoor activities such as kayaking, hiking, fishing, and exploring new destinations.
