My name is Allen Norris and I was born and raised in Lake Village, AR. I went to high school across the Mississippi River everyday in Greenville, MS, where I met my best friend and future wife, Molly. We both attended Mississippi College where I majored in Biology and she in Criminal Justice. Molly and I got married the summer before I started medical school at UAMS in Little Rock, AR. We now have a foster daughter named Serenity and two dogs, Ringo and Boots.

I love every aspect of family medicine. We get to work with patients of all ages and build life-long relationships. My plan for the future is to do a little bit of everything that family medicine can offer. I think I will work some in the clinic, the hospital, the ED, and am excited to do medical mission trips when I finish training. I have a particular passion for the patients of rural Arkansas and improving health literacy in these areas.

Outside of the hospital I love to exercise in the gym and the outdoors with some hiking and pickle-ball. I have always enjoyed hunting, fishing and kayaking, and have also recently taken up photography to help me spend more time in the outdoors.
