Recently, Lisa faced a challenging journey due to kidney stones, requiring multiple emergency room visits and hospitalizations. She received comprehensive care from the dedicated nurses and doctors at Conway Regional each step of the way. However, the follow-up care provided by the Patient Navigation Center truly stood out for Lisa.  

After her discharge, Lisa was contacted by Ronda Brothers, RN, from the Patient Navigation Center. Ronda's kindness, compassion, and attentiveness made a significant impact. She carefully reviewed Lisa's follow-up needs, arranged appointments, and offered continuous support throughout her recovery.
